Agriculture Development Officer (Group-A)

Part of Advertisement No. 04/2026 (Part-I) — the first recruitment under Arunachal Pradesh's new rules making PRC, APST certification, and tribal language proficiency mandatory for all direct state recruitment. To qualify for viva-voce, candidates need 33% aggregate across the written papers with at least 20% in each paper (PwBD: 20% aggregate, 10% per paper). Interview call-ups run at roughly 3x the vacancy count. Final-semester students of the qualifying degree may apply but must furnish proof of having passed before the interview date. Exam and interview both held in Itanagar Capital Region.

Complete One Time Registration (OTR) at appsc.gov.in if not already registered → log in → open Advertisement No. 04/2026 → select Agriculture Development Officer → fill personal/educational details → upload signature, photo, photo ID, APST certificate, PRC, degree certificate & marksheets, Matriculation certificate (age proof) → pay ₹200 fee → submit before 30 Sep 2026, 5 PM. Only the highest Registration ID (RID) is considered if multiple applications are submitted.
