Field Engineer

Field-based civil engineering role stationed at an assigned project cluster/village across Meghalaya's 12 districts, with frequent travel to rural/remote sites. Requirements: knowledge of civil works, site supervision, quantity estimation, quality control, and construction monitoring, with basic AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency; good communication skills to prepare technical reports and coordinate with contractors, communities, and project teams; prior work experience in Meghalaya required. Common essential skills across all MBMA technical posts: good written/verbal communication and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates already employed must produce a No Objection Certificate if called for interview. Vacancy count is tentative — MBMA may adjust at selection.
