The role is to generate corporate business and manage client relationships, coordinate empanelment, billing and claims, ensure timely payment recovery, reduce overdue receivables, retain clients, resolve disputes and maintain MIS reports. Key responsibilities are business development and client management, TPA and insurance coordination, AR recovery and revenue growth, billing, claims and reconciliation, and account retention and dispute resolution.
