-Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preference to Agriculture/Horticulture/IT/Management/Law/Economics/Accountancy); local language proficiency required, computer knowledge desirable.
-State/UT chosen at application is final — allotment is state-specific within the NE state applied for.
-Two-tier exam (Prelim, Main) followed by a Common Interview coordinated with NABARD/Nodal RRBs.

-Visit www.ibps.in → "CRP for RRBs" → Apply Online for Office Assistants.
-New Registration → note Provisional Registration No. & Password (also emailed/SMS'd).
-Upload photo, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, 10th certificate, category/PwBD certificate as applicable.
-Select your State/UT (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, or Tripura) — this choice is final.
-Pay the fee online (cards/net banking/wallets) and submit.
-Print/save the e-receipt and application form for future reference.
