Upload photo, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, 10th certificate, category/PwBD certificate as applicable. Select your State/UT (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, or Tripura) — this choice is final. Pay the fee online (cards/net banking/wallets) and submit. Print/save the e-receipt and application form for future reference.
