Required fields

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years managing field teams / in a managerial role, with experience in education, government collaboration, education reform or large-scale programme implementation

Skills: - Strong team leadership, project management and data-driven decision-making - Experience in government partnerships, education reform or large-scale programme implementation - Fluency in English (required) - Working knowledge of Khasi or Garo (preferred)

Other: Willingness to travel across Meghalaya.

Madhi Foundation is hiring a Regional Manager for the Foundational Learning Improvement Programme (FLIP) across Meghalaya. The Regional Manager will lead the programme, drive strong implementation, build capable teams and deepen government partnerships for better learning outcomes. Work location: Shillong, with willingness to travel across Meghalaya.
