Service Sales Professional

Blue Star is hiring a Service Sales Professional for its Guwahati branch. The role is responsible for the profitable growth of the branch's service business. Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain profitable growth of the branch and prospect for new sales. 2. Evaluate costs incurred during warranty period contracts and decide AMC pricing. 3. Re-validate unfilled orders. 4. Convert customers from warranty to AMC and retain them. 5. Sell spares to customers not under contract, and handle repair and service jobs for them. 6. Create value-added solutions for old systems through revamp and retrofit. 7. Hold structured meetings with customers' senior personnel. 8. Review outstanding collections with the executive and authorize billing instructions. 9. Nurture and guide associates. 10. Explore new business opportunities, including PEP. 11. Make cold calls to get a feel for the market. 12. Contribute to building the company's image. About the company: Blue Star is a leading air conditioning and commercial refrigeration company in India.
