The role connects first client contact with on-ground design consultations. The executive finds high-potential leads such as property owners, builders, contractors and commercial clients, pitches the firm's design services by phone, and meets prospects on site or at their offices to secure architecture and interior design projects.
Key responsibilities:
Lead generation and telecalling: Find potential residential, commercial and renovation projects. Make cold and follow-up calls to property owners, builders, plot owners and real estate consultants. Book site or office meetings for design consultations.
Field sales: Visit target localities, construction sites and client locations. Present portfolio concepts and explain the firm's value. Work with the design team to present proposals, estimates and design presentations.
Pipeline and networking: Build relationships with contractors, civil engineers, brokers and material vendors for referrals. Keep follow-up records. Track local developments, competitor trends and market opportunities.
