Key Responsibilities: - Perform professional men’s and women’s hair services - Haircuts, styling, blow-dry and finishing - Hair colouring, highlights, global colour, Fashion colors and root touch-up - Keratin, Nanoplastia, Botox and other hair treatments - Hair spa and repair treatments - Basic knowledge of facial, is an advantage - Conduct client consultation and recommend suitable services - Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and workstation discipline - Ensure proper product usage and minimize product wastage - Handle clients professionally and provide an excellent salon experience - Achieve individual service and sales targets - Support the salon team and maintain smooth daily operations
