Inside Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor

Infinity Learn, backed by Sri Chaitanya Education Group, is hiring Academic Counsellors (Inside Sales) for its Guwahati office — 10 openings. The role involves making 150–200 outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, counselling them on suitable learning programs, booking and conducting online live demo sessions, following up with interested leads, handling queries/objections professionally, converting qualified leads into enrollments, and maintaining CRM records. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for onboarding and post-sales support, and contributing to individual and team revenue targets.
