Job Description: Role: Assistant Manager – Administration. Job description • To maintain pre & post branch opening compliance. • To maintain decorum, cleanliness of the state office/Branches/Dormitories. • Responsible for timely arrangement of the rent agreements of State Office/Branches/Dormitories. • Responsible for the timely payments of the vendors. • Responsible to reduce expenses of the branches and control cost by negation and fair dealing practices. • To maintain office and the operational stationery of the states. • will be the responsible to maintain assets details of the State Office/Branches/Dormitories. • Will be the responsible for making one model branch for their respective states for Funder Visit. • Will be the responsible for travel plans of the state office staff. • Will be the responsible for maintaining employ wise record of the devices such as mobile sim/dongle/cash less devise etc. • Will be the responsible to organize events such as visits of guest, training & meetings etc. • Will be the responsible for timely reports preparations and circulation. • Will also be responsible for handling insurance cases of that particular state.

**Management can assign/add any other task as per the business requirement. Male Graduates with less than 28 years of age with 1-2 years experience in administration, with good communication skills can apply. Two wheeler mandatory.
