ABOUT THE ROLE 

Vantage Circle is one of India’s fastest growing Employee rewards and benefits provider. We are looking for a person to head corporate sales, who is comfortable working in a high paced environment and has previous experience of leading sales teams. Both hunting and farming experience needed. The right candidate will be self-driven and comfortable to lead teams and deliver results. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the sales numbers from the India region initially. Will be responsible for more geographies later.
  • Align with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Tech ) to deliver the numbers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team.
  • Analyze and identify how we can increase our client base and achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly targets. 
  • Nurture the prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem.
  • Evaluate key trends in the employee rewards and benefits eco-system and identify emerging trends to shape the future of the product.
  • Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives.
  • Pro-actively track competitor movements in the market.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of proven SaaS sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas. Preferably in the HR Tech space.
  • Proven experience to build strong C-level relationships in the region.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand clients’ needs and recommend the best solution.
  • Experience in leading a young team 
  • Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organizations and identify potential opportunities. 
  • Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inside sales, product marketing, growth, customer success, and product
  • Experience in sales tools like Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus.
  • Ex Entrepreneurs preferred. Or Prior experience in Startup is a plus.
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders. 
  • Ability to set up processes and get its adoption is required.
