Roles and Responsibilities: Hunting: Manage the Complete Sales Cycle from Lead Generation to Closure. Farming: Manage Client Relationships: Increase Customer Value Convert Customers into Advocates. Managing the Booking, Billing, and Collections. Planning: Sales and Marketing Plan. Budgeting: Execution of the Plan. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Spot trends and requirements from the Market and formulate new value formulations. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings and industry events. Solution Design and Proposal Writing for clients. Knowledge Sharing and upscaling new team members.
