The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating regular sales of the companys range of products in the area to achieve or exceed their targets. Executive will promote the companys products in innovative ways and ensure widespread availability by building positive working relationships with Doctors, Stockists and Retail Chemists in the area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive revenue and profits for the company by exceeding monthly targets.
Planning and achieving monthly increase in sales and productivity.
Visit right Doctors who have potential to generate regular prescriptions for our products.
Continuously analyze all sales data from the area and identify potential business opportunities.
Regular visits and follow up of Doctors, Chemists and Stockists in the area and generate business from them.
Select the right Stockists and chemists who have maximum potential to support our products and develop good relationships with them.
Ensure sufficient stocks are always available with the trade partners and increase business volume every month.
Drive institutional sales in the area by building good relationships with Hospitals, Medical colleges and healthcare professionals in the area.
Analyze competitor products/ activities and report the findings to ASM.
B.A / B.Sc / B.Pharma / Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent with at least 1-3 years relevant experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing.
