Job Description: Key responsibilities: Technical : • Conduct site surveys and energy audits for various innovation projects • Help in the execution, implementation, servicing and troubleshooting of technical projects across SELCO Foundation.

Admin Assistant : • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Develop and maintain a filing system – System and Manual • Order and Maintain office supplies – Inventory • Submit and reconcile expense reports for Branch • Provide general support to visitors • Prepare and monitor invoices (Official & Project wise) • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; verifying receipt of supplies • Organize travel arrangements for Staff and Visitors, rooms, taxis, hotels etc • Arrangements of Logistics, transfer and receivable.

Key requirements: • A Bachelor’s/ITI Diploma in – Electrical, renewable energy or similar fields • Relevant experience of 6 months in the related field • Self-motivated and responsible • Ability to learn and be a team player • Willingness to travel for 10-15 days in a month • Fluency in English and knowledge of local/ regional language is required.
