Job Description: Represent the company while interfacing the clients. Efficiently manage service ticket escalations and oversee support team through respective internal team leads. Candidate will be responsible for the onboarding of new contracts by ensuring an optimised match with the support team skill while spares are in place; gaps to be timely reported, whenever applicable. Closely monitor team performance reports in coordination with the support team leads.
Desired Background: Candidate should have a minimum experience of 4 years preferably with similar profile with understanding of server, storage and network assistance. Past records of handling global service level escalations with excellent communication skill in business English will be an advantage. Willingness to work or relocate to Guwahati is mandatory.
