Job Description: – The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information. – The candidate should be able to understand the clients complaints and work upon resolving them. – The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.

Eligibility Criteria: – Graduate or Under Graduate both can apply. – Candidates having 6 months to 1 year of BPO/Call Centre experience will be preferred – Good Communication Skills. Both freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply – Candidate should have good client servicing skills – Must be well versed with Assamese, English and Hindi language – Should be well versed with any of these language (Bengali or Bodo or Mishing) – Should be ready to join immediately
