Skill and Post Qualification Experience:  Minimum 3 (three) year(s) of working experience in maintenance, calibration, repairing & testing of both Pneumatic & Electronic Instrumentation in any Govt./Public/Private sector organization of repute.  The candidates should have awareness on current development of instrumentation technology and knowledge of different codes & engineering standards as applicable.  The candidate should be capable of reading & understanding the P&ID. PFD. System configuration drawings. wiring diagrams. loop drawings, cable layout & instrument installation & hook-up drawings etc. The candidate should be capable of doing fault finding in instrument control panels with electronic/ pneumatic control logic and sequence control & safety shutdown devices. The candidate should have adequate knowledge of safety related instrumentation system used in hydrocarbon industries. Experiences on Advanced Instrumentation Systems like PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), Field-Bus Technology (FF, Profibus), SCADA, Distributed Control System (DCS) e.g. STARDOM/ DeltaV/ AC800F. drilling rig instrumentation system etc. will be an added advantage.
