Application in the Standard Form of Application along with all attested copies of
Certificates, Mark sheets etc. are invited from candidates desire to work in mission mode for
engagement on Contractual Basis for the following positions under NRHM, Assam.
The applicants may have to appear for an interview for which no TA/DA shall be paid
for the purpose. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all applications without

(A)Name of the Position: Additional Consultant (Civil Works)
Number of Position: 1 no. at State Mission Officer, NRHM, Assam
Eligibility & Qualification: Retired Additional Chief Engineer (Civil) from any of the
works department of Govt. of Assam having good knowledge of building works (Execution
& Supervision), preparation of estimate for building, national bidding process, building code
of practice etc., having sound health capable of traveling within the state.
Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/- p.m.
(B) Name of the Position : Superintending Engineer (Electrical)
Number of Position: 1 no. at State Mission Officer, NRHM, Assam
Eligibility & Qualification: Retired Additional Chief Engineer (Electrical)/
Superintending Engineer (Electrical) from any of the electrical works department in Govt.
of Assam or from any Semi-Govt. organization having good knowledge of electrical
works in building projects having sound health capable of traveling within the state.
Remuneration: Rs. 32,000/- p.m
(C) Name of the Position: Assistant Engineer (Instrumentation)
Number of Position: 2 nos. at State Mission Office, NRHM, Assam
Eligibility & Qualification:

B.E. in Instrumentation/B.E. in Bio-Medical Engineering/ B.E. in Medical Electronics
from recognized university/ institution of India with a minimum aggregate of 60%
marks and having minimum of 2 years of post qualification work experience in the
installation & maintenance of medical equipments and other related works.

Computer proficiency-MS Office

The selected candidate will have to travel extensively to different parts of the state.
Remuneration: Rs. 23,000/- p.m.

(D)Name of the Position : Junior Engineer (Instrumentation)
Number of Position: 27 nos.
Eligibility & Qualification:



Diploma in Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering from any recognized
Polytechnic/Institution with minimum aggregate of 60% Marks and having minimum
of 2 years of post qualification work experience in the installation & maintenance of
medical equipments and other related works.



Computer proficiency-MS Office



The selected candidate will have to travel extensively to different parts of the district.
Remuneration: Rs. 18,000/- p.m
(E) Name of Position: District Family Planning Coordinator
Number of Position: 16 nos.
Eligibility & Qualification:

Masters in Social Works (MSW) with a minimum of 2 yrs of post qualification work
experience in the field of Community / Medical Health / Community development
programme or related fields.

Computer proficiency – Must be familiar with MS Office package (MS Word, MS
Excel and PowerPoint)

High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
Remuneration: Rs. 16,000/- p.m.
(F) Name of Position: Family Planning Counselor
Number of Position: 12 nos.
Eligibility & Qualification:

Bachelor in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology from a recognised institution with
minimum 2 years post qualification experience in related fields.

Computer proficiency – Must be familiar with MS Office package (MS Word, MS
Excel and PowerPoint)

Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
Remuneration: Rs. 12,000/- p.m.
