ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF GUEST LECTURER- NEHU

Applications on plain paper, along with the CV and supporting documents are invited for the posts of
Guest Lecturer in the Dept. of Geography, NEHU, Shillong for teaching PG Diploma Course in
Geoinformatics starting from 1st August, 2012 till 31st August 2013 with the following qualification:
Essential qualifications:
1. MSc/M Tech with 55% marks in Geoinformatics from a recognized institute/university
Desirable:
a. Experience in teaching and training in GIS, Remote Sensing and GPS
NOTE:
b) The remuneration would be @ Rs. 1,000 per lecture subject to a maximum of
Rs. 25000.00 per month.
c) The applications should reach the office of the undersigned latest by 8th July,2012.
d) The date of interview for the said posts shall be on 15th July. 2011, information will be on NEHU
website.
e) The candidates appearing interview will not be given any TA/DA.
f) Candidates are requested to bring their original documents at the time of interview.
