Sashastra Seema Bal  - SSB – Requires – Vacancy - Assistant  Sub-Inspector (Telecom) – ASI Telecom - Head Constable (Telecom) – HC Telecom

Applications are invited from Indian male citizens for filling up of vacancies in under mentioned posts in the Sashastra Seema Bal a Central Armed Police Force under Ministry of Home Affairs. The details are as follows :

Name of the Post : 

1. Assistant  Sub-Inspector (Telecom)

No. of Posts : 76 (SC –  07 ; ST – 04 ; OBC – 10 ; Ex Serviceman –  07 ; General – 48 )

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 + 2800 in PB-I

Age Limit : 18 – 25 years

Educational Qualification : Matric with Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunication from an Institution recognized by the State Government or equivalent   OR  10+2 Or Intermediate with aggregate marks of fifty percent with selective subject being Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution or equivalent.

2. Head Constable (Telecom)

No. of Posts : 250 (SC – 66 ; ST – 27 ; OBC – 33 ; Ex Serviceman – 25 ; General – 99 )

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 + 2400 in     PB-I

Age Limit : 18 – 23 years

Educational Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent with two years I.T.I. Certificate in Electronics  OR  Intermediate or 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from arecognized board or institution or equivalent.

NOTE :

@  There will be relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC (i. e. 5 years for SC/ST & 3 years for OBC).

@  The upper age limit shall be relaxable up to 35 years in case the candidate is already in Government service.
