I would like to know that is there no scholarship programme for M.phil pursuing students in the Humanities stream. Basically I am doing my M.phil from Delhi now but is from Assam, falls in Other Backward Class (OBC). so can I apply for this scholarship.

I don’t believe any programme like this.bcoz i did training exam & o.j.t. in big bazar,guwahati,assam under future learning and future sharp.but i don’t get any job or certificate from this organisation.now i am a unemployed man.in this session i have losted my 6555/-rupees.so thanks i don’t believe that.
