Bhoruka Public Welfare Trust is a national level NGOs (an ISO 9001:2008 certified organisation) working in five states of India including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Orissa and West Bengal. Its focuses are HIV/AIDS, Human Trafficking, Migration, Emergency relief and Reproductive and Child health. Bhoruka Public Welfare Trust is working on the issue of Migration of Bangladeshi people to India through Petrapole border and various trans-border issues. The focus area is on Migration and HIV/AIDS. Bhoruka Public Welfare Trust is looking for Project Co-ordinator based in Petrapole.
RESPONSIBILITIES of PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR:
• Have to work in close coordination with Donors and staff at Centre.
• Managing programme, monitoring of the project staff at centre.
• Ensure project implementation as per ISO guideline and Donor guideline.
• Ensure achievement of target of each programme component.
•Preparation of MIS and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners/donor, stake holders, partners and collaborators and any
other associated stakeholder
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Head Office.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
• Post Graduate in social science or Social Work.
•Good communication skills in English and respective local languages, both verbally and in written form.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work on several initiatives at one time
• Working experiences of 2-4 years with field level experiences of at least three years.
