The Company is looking for Leaders to manage its business in North East India & East India
•Responsible for business development in the respective region.
•Own & drive Sales Strategy
•Ensure Execution of the plans, through ASMs in the region to deliver growth, Geographic Penetration and Spread, Capability building/People Management / coaching the team.
•Achievement of regional sales target.
•Drive productivity. Achieve volume targets (Month wise/Qtr wise), focus brand & pack targets.
•New Product Launch in Market & ensuring Strategy
The candidate should be Graduate/MBA(Preferrable),with minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales (Personal Care Segment).
Leading supplier & distributor of FMCG Products to defense canteens, institutional bodies and associated with leading brands like Dabur, Lo’real, ITC etc.
