Established in 1995, Pragya is a non-governmental, development organization registered in the UK and in India, working with the poorest and most vulnerable communities of the high altitude Himalayan region in India and Nepal. The organization delivers integrated and holistic development projects in the areas of education, biodiversity conservation, renewable energy, agriculture and water management, women, and cultural heritage preservation through its eight field offices in the high altitude Himalayas. We invite applications for the following positions:
Project Officers (posting: Keylong, HP and Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh): PG in Social Work/ Humanities/ Natural Resource Management with a minimum of two years of project implementation experience. These are field postings and the selected candidates would be posted in the field office.
Job involves direct implementation of diverse projects in a defined geographical area.
Candidates with meaningful experience may be placed at higher levels.
